I found the hotel conveniently located near the railway station. the staff was friendly and ready to assist. my room was clean and the wi-fi worked quickly. i appreciated the midday checkout. It allowed me to relax.

comfy bed excellent value friendly staff
I found the bed quite comfy and the price paid was a good value for the room. The staff were friendly and readily available for assistance. They were helpful when I needed anything in my room. This.
I noted the presence of dust in several areas. This detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They booked me in with ease. I was given all the information I needed upon arrival. The location was quite good and convenient.
The hall light switch was broken and unusable. There was no light in the hall. I had to wait a while to get hot water. This made showering difficult.

The location was superb, very convenient for exploring the area. I found the team friendly. The king bed was very comfy and spacious.
The furniture was a bit dated.

The staff was attentive and made check-in quick. They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. I found their friendliness very helpful throughout my stay.

The room had ample storage space and a decent-sized ensuite. The check-out time before 12 noon was very convenient. Plenty of hot water was available at all times. The bedding and towels were clean!!!
